When I arrived in my room, I was disappointed that there was no access to the outside and although there was a door and a patio outside, the door didn't open and no key was available. As I was staying a week, I upgraded to a room with a balcony.

The hotel was very well decorated and the facilities were good. The room was clean and spacious. Both the restaurant and cafe served food that was delicious. Overall I was very impressed with the quality of the hotel.
