Situated in the seaside town of Criccieth, The Lion Hotel has been owned by three generations of the Brown/Burnett family for 30 years and the welcoming atmosphere has been created by care, considerations and a genuine desire to offer everything that the modern visitor requires. The hotel is the most central of all Criccieth hotels and is the perfect base for any Nefyn & Harlech tour – just 30 minutes from all of the links gems on the North West Coast.

All of the rooms are as you would expect from a period building, each offering very different and individual characters. As well as showing period character, the rooms all come with flat screen TV’s, telephones, hairdryer and hospitality tray. There are 12 south-facing rooms which are housed in a former old stable block which used to be The Coaching Inn and is now known as the Castle View Cottage. The independence of these rooms make them especially popular with golfers.
