Everything was just perfect, the staff were very attentive and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your hotel

Great hotel in terms of location, facilities, staff etc. Most of the stay is fulfilled in and around the leisure area of the hotel but golfers get use of nice rooms, the spa, the 19th hole restaurant and the brasserie for evening meal. Breakfast and a later bar are both served in the Mansion house (5 min walk or their shuttle car can be called). Food was amazing (especially breakfast) although drinks are a bit pricey but it is a 5* facility so that comes with the territory. Very nice overall.

What a gem of a find this was. Five star all the way and staff all excellent

Course very poorly maintained. Sports bar had no food, limited drinks and no sports TV. Restaurant and house were very tired. No evenings atmosphere. It was fine but would not go back
8 / 10
Staff service was exceptional. Very friendly and accommodating pro shop staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Room was good, located a drive away from the main hotel (where the restaurant / bay was), ordinarily would have been fine as there is a bar in the spa/golf complex, but for some reason that wasn’t open. So was a shuttle car between 2 locations, ok, just a bit of a pain. Main hotel bar was not great, massive lounge area in big manor house - no atmosphere, limited beer selection. Food was good, especially breakfast. Hotel staff felt a bit x disorganized, checked in, got to room (again a car ride away from reception), was a double instead of twin, phone didn’t work in room, one in the lobby did but no one answered so had to drive back to reception. They sorted the room no problem, just a bit of a pain..so overall some good, some bad, not enough to bring me back

Very good experience in the hotel and golf/spa area. Staff were excellent and very helpful. A minor grumble that if, like my group, you're staying in the spa area you have to go all the way to the main hotel to check-in. Not a dealbreaker, but annoying.

First the positives: lovely hotel and grounds, our twin room was large and comfortable.
However, the service and food was very poor. At dinner, my main course of burger and fries was close to inedible, and the creme brulee dessert consisted of a far too thick topping of burnt sugar and mushy cream, which again I couldn't eat.
After dinner we ordered 4 drinks at the bar, when we were told staff were way too busy to take our order. After 30 mins of waiting we were finally served. At breakfast the full English was tasteless, however there were good fruit and cereal options. We asked for tea and coffees with our food but were told there was a backlog (the room was half full) and they never arrived. Overall we had a poor impression of the kitchen and service. We have visited many similar standard hotels for golf weekends and Luton Hoo is by far the worst for food and service. Certainly not of a 4 star standard.

Everyone in the 16 party enjoyed all aspects of the hotel experience. Rooms were superb, food was excellent and quality superior to most golf trips we have been on. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Value for money overall was very good but only bad comment from the lads was over the £6 for each cup of coffee.

Had a great time lovely place to be only one problem run out of draft beer run out of gas for the draft beer and then run out of bottled beer making sure they’ve got stock of all drinks to cater for the amount of people there is one issue they should make sure I get right

Room was exceptional. Large and comfortable. Could not fault it at all. Food was excellent. Food and drink(s) were expensive.

We stayed in the Country Club and it was a lovely location with everything within walking distance. It was a great surprise to find an EV charging point to fill up whilst I stayed.
We did have to head across to the main house to check-in and out which was a little annoying. It would be great to allow people to do this within the country club easily.
The staff were great and the food at Adams Brasserie was fantastic for our evening meal. There was some confusion with the final payment and IT systems not being linked from the Country Club to the Main house and this caused some frustration at check out and it clouded the start of our second round, however it was resolved before we left and we were able to get on our way.
Overall the rooms were large comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

Fantastic hotel stuff and services! Hardly to get such instant approaching full service in Europe!
The views are marvelous and impressive, peacocks are hanging around… and challenge golf course eats a lot of balls…

Luton Hoo is a beautiful hotel but if you stay in the newer outbuilding it’s the equivalent of being in a travel lodge . While the main hotel is impressive and charming there is a sense that golfers are being put out of the main building and charged a fortune . The food was abysmal and whilst the hotel staff upgraded both people and tried their absolute best , including refunding their chicken sandwiches ( a rudimentary toddler sandwich with some damp rocket and a few crisps ) and then also refunded their dinner cost , after they decided to go for a local curry instead of risking the brasserie for dinner … all in all the experience wasn’t really something amazing. The spa was lovely .

Beautiful Hotel and golf course and a great package deal with your golf travel! Rooms were fabulous and the food in Adam Brasserie was amazing!
Spa area and facilities were a little disappointing. Whole area could do with some modernising.
Drinks prices are ridiculous so beware! 4 coffees and 2 bacon rolls (literally bread & bacon wrapped up in foil) cost me £33!!!
Would definitely use this site though to book other package deals 👍🏼

Accommodation was great, as was the food and service. Very covid aware so no worries there.
A couple of things that you may not be aware of, heavily inflated prices ie. £22.77 for two gin and tonics and £7 for a bottle of peroni is not really acceptable. The 19th bar was not open at all today. So we were not able to grab any refreshments before or after golf. Payment was by card only. No cash. Would have been good to know this beforehand.

Food and staff were excellent, the rooms were good, clean and beds comfortable.

The hotel need to sort things out as hanging on the COVID thingy for too long.
No tv in the bar and pro shop is none existent.
Very poor for groups

Our large and comfortable room was not in the old historic manor house but was adjacent to the restaurant and Spa. We did not enjoy an expensive sandwich which was dry and appeared to have been prepared well in advance - the bread was awful. Dinner was good in parts but a medium rare steak was well done, they did offer to replace after we complained but by then too late

On the whole, everything was wonderful. The food was good, the staff generally pleasant, (but not all of them) and the room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was a little run down, I don’t expect mould in the shower of a 5* establishment, and the taps were loose. The tea and coffee facilities were sparse. We were given a number to call for milk but no one answered the number.
We were a party of 16. I suggested we meet mid morning for brunch before playing. The only appropriate food available was either a bacon or a sausage bap, not even a veggie option. Very little choice. After our round the next day we wanted to meet up for drinks and prizegiving but the bar was closed. At the brasserie the sandwiches were minuscule and cost £12! All food and drinks were prohibitively expensive, so much so that no one stayed for a drink after dinner. One round that was bought was 3 gin and tonics and a Diet Coke for which we were charged £50! Absurd.

Very disappointing. Not even close to a 5 star experience.
10 / 10
We had to check in at the main house but our rooms were in a building behind the stable block. V nice rooms, but parking an issue. We went to the brasserie in the stable block for dinner, but as a golfing group were directed to a "back room" for dinner so felt we were in the annex of the annex. Never got more than a sniff of the main building, which of course is heavily used in all promotions.

The room we had was very comfortable, large & we couldn’t fault it.
The Adams brassiere was average with a menu that wasn’t that great. There was too much fried food & not many freshly made dishes. Breakfast was good though & staff quite helpful.
Spa was good & everything was very clean.

It really is one if the top YGT hotels we’ve stayed at. Beautifully appointed rooms, excellent food with a very wide choice at dinner. Very good breakfast and the staff were all welcoming.

Very good accommodation would have liked to use the better restaurant but probably not viable due to covid

Went during Tier 1 COVID restrictions so difficult to judge fully. Very comfortable accommodation and lovely food though.

Rooms are excellent, very spacious and comfortable. Food was good. We stayed during Covid-19 so not all facilities / bars were open and they ran out of most of their beers which was a shame.
10 / 10
Bedroom was excellent very large and comfortable. Food was very good . Drinks were expensive. Disappointed we could not get a drink in the main house as they were short of staff and it seemed to be closed so had to go to the brassiere restaurant and have a drink after golf their.
