Located just a short drive from Cape Town are the winelands in the Stellenbosch and Constantia regions, where you can go try some of the finest wines in South Africa. A lot of the wineries also have great restaurants available too, partnering up to produce the most relaxing and enjoyable day out. Glen Carlou Vineyards is certainly one to mention, renowned for their superb wines and innovative dishes at the restaurant.
There is a variety of dining options in Cape Town, making it suitable for all visitors. The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront (V&A) is one of the best destinations for eating out, which delivers amazing food but also in an ideal location to be able to look out to the waterfront whilst enjoying your meal. It’s worth trying to get the chance to try a South African Braai, tasting their own version of a barbeque.
