With skill, deep understanding and five decades of experience, the late Ron Kirby redesigned the 18 Hole Championship golf course to incorporate the rich natural heritage and undulating landscape that makes Apes Hill's location so special: the deep gullies, spectacular views and natural charm of the Caribbean.

Situated at an altitude of 1000ft above sea level, the golf course is one of the highest points on the island. Its design reflects a strong dedication to the preservation and sustainability of its natural environment. To minimize water usage, the course employs an eco-friendly grass variety. The irrigation requirements are met through the collection of rainwater, while the grass itself possesses inherent resistance to both weeds and the need for excessive fertilization.

This championship course offers a one-of-a-kind experience, with the presence of numerous Barbados Green monkeys roaming freely. Additionally, the 20th Hole (Halfway House) and clubhouse eagerly await your arrival, ready to offer you a delightful beverage.
