Alhaurin Golf Course

The fairways have some considerable undulations, and many areas are bordered by lovely mature pine trees. Measuring 6,045 metres from the championship tees, Alhaurin demands sound strategy and course management in addition to consistent ball-striking, but even if your score card lets you down, the stunning scenery will not.

The course is regularly chosen to host local and regional tournaments, and comes highly recommended during any golf holiday in the Marbella area. Bar Hoyo 46 is the perfect golfers retreat, serving great snacks and tapas dishes.

Course was ok but in the worst condition of the 3. Play was slow but there was a very high wind that combined with the high location made it very difficult. Course staff were very helpful but one of the bar staff could do with a personality transplant. Overall a good experience but not as good as the other 2 courses

Very challenging and interesting course only thing that let the course down was the poor state of the bunkers. Bunkers had very little sand in with many stones and hadn’t been racked for quite some time. However the course was so interesting I would like to play it again.
